A Liberian-flagged vessel has been hit and its Turkish captain injured, investigators have said
Ukraine has attacked a Liberian-flagged oil tanker in Russian territorial waters, injuring the vessel's captain, Russia's Investigative Committee has said.
The ship's captain, a Turkish national, has been hospitalized, the agency reported on Thursday. Investigators have examined the scene, documented the damage, and ordered a forensic explosives analysis.
