A five-story residential building collapsed after being hit in a Ukrainian air strike, the governor of Russia's Kherson Region, Vladimir Saldo, said. Ukraine's forces are attacking the area with drones to prevent rescue teams from helping people trapped under the rubble, he added.
The building was located in the town of Aleshki, about seven kilometers from the Dnieper River, which separates Russian and the Ukrainian forces in the area.
